Acceptance of terms
By using rima you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and complete identity verification (KYC) where required.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity on your account.
Orders and delivery
Digital products such as gift cards, virtual cards, and top-ups are delivered electronically after successful payment.
Prices are shown at checkout and may vary with exchange rates.
Refunds and cancellations
Because most products are delivered instantly and cannot be reused once issued, orders are generally non-refundable.
If a product is not delivered or is defective, contact support for review and a resolution.
Acceptable use
You may not use rima for unlawful activity, fraud, or to breach the terms of the underlying product providers.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, rima is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
